RENTAL FEE ALWAYS INCLUDES:                                                      

  • 4"x6" archival, lab quality colour prints that are smudge and water resistant

  • OR "double strips". Two 2x6 inch strips are optional. Please specify this request.  

  • Unlimited "photo sessions" for the duration of your scheduled rental hours.( One 4x6 print or double strip per photo session)

  • Choice of photographic backdrop from our current COLLECTION ( Our backdrop selection will continue to grow based upon client preference and popularity.) 

  • Optional watermark, logo or names on a print template from our collection.

  • Our Standard Props collection

  • Free delivery within 100 km roundtrip of L6Z3S8. (VIEW MAP)

  • Professional set up and break down of equipment. Set up one and a half ( 1 ½) hours prior to scheduled start time, tear down usually completed one hour after the scheduled end time.

  • Two proficient, professional, enthusiastic attendants to ensure a seamless, fun, worry free event

  • Our standard coordinated  screen "interface" - with one colour.

  • Studio lighting for superior image quality.

  • An optional on-line viewing gallery

  • A DVD of all your photo booth images supplied to you, shortly after the event.


Our standard props collection is typically comprised of a  variety of: stick "moustaches", stick "lips", stick "glasses", novelty masks, novelty eye wear, novelty head wear, colourful foam board signs,  limited dry erase shapes/speech bubbles/chalk board signs/shapes from our inventory, multiple colours of feather boas, "venetian" masks, picture frame(s), and  a limited selection of hats.  Props selection may vary as our inventory is always growing and evolving.

We'll continue to add to our collection. Popularity and client requests are our top consideration.

"IDLE TIME" - no fee when included at time of booking

One continuous hour of scheduled idle time may be requested for your event. This may be during meal service, or to permit time for speeches/awards, during which time the booth will be closed  to guests.  Please include this request when booking your event.  Idle time requested at the time of booking will not impact the number of hours that the booth is actually in operation.

The fee for any unscheduled idle time request while on-site is $50.00 ( fifty dollars).  Limited to one hour maximum - payable in cash at the time of the request.

PHOTO ORIENTATION - Landscape or Portrait

Typical photo booth images are captured in "landscape" orientation ( 6 inches wide by 4 inches high).  We are able to offer the (free) option of capturing images in "portrait" orientation ( 4 inches wide by 6 inches high)  This enables our photo booth to capture FULL LENGTH portraits, or any length in between.  This option may be more suited towards Galas or Black Tie events where organizers may wish to present guests with a more traditional print.

Ask us about presenting guests with their print in a Cardstock photo easel frame. ( 4x6 or 6x4 prints)


Choose a print template from our existing files, which are updated on a regular basis.  One print template from our collection is always included with your rental service. If you have a specific design or theme in mind, talk to us about your concept.  A fully customized template begins at $50.00 


CUSTOM SCREEN INTERFACE add $50.00 to your Photo Booth Service

Our pre-designed touch screen interface is very cool. However, you may wish to personalize your guest's Photo Booth experience with a branded look to match your event theme or occasion. We'll design and program our software's interface to your request.

If your wedding theme is purple and black, we can design our touch screen interface with your colours, the Bride and Groom's names, plus the date. Should your school colours be red, blue and cream with a Lion Mascot, we'll program our interface with your theme and logo. Your company is hosting a Mardi Gras or Casino night, no problem, we'll co-ordinate your theme on our interface.

Forward us the details such as your logo, colours or design samples. We'll make it happen!

PREMIUM PROPS add $100.00  to your Photo Booth fee.

Includes the standard collection, PLUS additional hats, full selection of our dry erase board shapes/speech bubbles/chalk board signs, current collection of our novelty "head ware", cartoon hands, feather fan, and premium quality feather boas.

DELUXE PROPS add $150.00 to your Photo Booth fee.

Includes the standard collection, premium props selection,  full array or our hats collection, plus adult sized "costumes with accessories". ( Sizes only available in Adult LARGE)

"ADULT  ONLY"  PROPS  add $25.00 to your Photo Booth fee

We stock a limited number of "adult only" props which are available upon request  for your event. These items may be considered slightly "risqué" and rental is restricted to events with guests 18 years and older.

( If requested, "Adult Only" Props will be included at no additional fee, with the Deluxe Props upgrade)

DOUBLE PRINTS  add $25.00 per hour

Upgrade your Photo Booth service to include double prints - two 4x6 prints or four 2x6 strips


  • Specific props in our inventory may be altered or substituted to best accommodate an event,  as our inventory is constantly evolving.

  • contact us to customize a package that is suited just for your event!

  • Our props are cleaned and sanitized after every event so your guests may be assured of a fresh, healthy environment to commence their fun. Specific props in our collections are sanitized immediately after every use at events. We reserve the right to  restrict or decline the use of props by any person at events.

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event

  • A minimum 10x10 square foot ( 3X3 square meter) area is requested to set up the booth/props, within close proximity (12 - 15 feet / 3.6 - 4.5 meters) of an 110V electrical outlet. Minimum ceiling height 8 feet. Minimum door openings 32 inches.

  • WLR Photography only uses high end professional DSLR cameras, lenses, dye sublimation printers and studio lighting  to  provide you and your guests with superior quality images.

  • Our Booth uses "live view" on a 19" colour touch system monitor (ratio 16:9)

  • OVERTIME requests on-site, are charged at $100.00 per hour. (Billed at a minimum of a half hour)

  • We do not offer "pay as you go" Photo Booth services.


  • Registered charities and organizations may be eligible for a discount.  

  • Off peak periods during the week (day time) Monday to Thursday qualify for a discount.
